The artistic blend of woodsy and floral oils merge into poetic alchemy. Ethereal Saffron is the inspiration drawn from Baccarat Rouge 540 by Maison Francis Kurkdjian. This signature fragrance lures the breezy notes of jasmine to mingle with the rich and spicy tinge of saffron which boosts the mineral notes of ambergris, and the flicker of fir resin wrapped around freshly-cut cedar.

This is my first purchase from asedos - when I first opened it, I was honestly shocked at how similar to BR this smelled.
However, on application it definitely loses some of the depth and complexity of the original. On the skin, it smells kind of sterile? It reminds me of antiseptic or hospitals a little bit.
It also doesn’t have the same projection as the original, so I don’t think this is actually the greatest dupe. If you’re looking for something similar to the original at a cheaper price point, would recommend cloud by Ariana grande.
While I wouldn’t repurchase this, some of the other scents I got from asedos are more similar on the skin and have longer wear than the original, so will be repurchasing those!

Discovered the Baccharat 540 and hve tried a local NZ and US supplier of a oil however they dont last on my skin....this smells beautiful too and I can smell it for an hour or so but hard to know if lasts as work from home so no feedback. Love the easy roll application and perfect for the purse. Not an issue to just put some on before going out. Lovely.

Fragrance is quite strong in the beginning but unfortunately doesn’t last very long. I have sensitive skin so I struggle with it burning and tingling a bit on neck, even when wet area that night with shower it continues to burn more where it was on neck. I wish it was stronger longer lasting smell.
